Wayne Cooper has been in the floor and wall covering business for over 45 years. Wayne’s experiance consists of installation, sales, and management. Wayne and his wife Pennie owned and operated Coopers Carpet and Tile in El Paso Texas until selling it in 2010. Building upon his knowledge and experience, Wayne established Coopers Flooring Inspection Service. Wayne works with property owners, contractors, manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and installers identifying cause of failure.
